Community Manager

Build and manage QA Wolf's executive engineering community, The Wolf Den. Seeking someone with 5+ years of experience building virtual executive communities, energized by moderating events and helping members. The ideal candidate will be a super-connector, comfortable curating conversations for CTOs and VPs of Engineering, and deeply knowledgeable about online communities. Own end-to-end virtual programming by sourcing speakers, crafting agendas, and managing tech logistics. Drive member engagement, broker introductions, surface questions, and spark conversations between events. Grow the community through marketing and deliver practical resources. Run community operations and analytics to track member lifecycle and iterate processes.
