About the Role:
- Lead aspects of the accounting function within Shared Services providing support to Brands across the network.
- Perform management reporting functions while supporting corporate and business initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Own month-end and year-end close processes for assigned entities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Review and approve journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial results.
- Lead intercompany accounting and cash forecasting coordination with FP&A.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and CPA preferred.
- 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years managing a team.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with large ERP systems like NetSuite or SAP.
