Responsibilities:
- Triage incoming calls from patients, assessing needs, giving appropriate clinical dispositions based on established protocols.
- Facilitate access to primary care providers, specialists, healthcare facilities and community resources.
- Provide education to patients regarding immediate care advice, chronic disease management, and preventative healthcare maintenance.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and three years clinical RN experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting, upon hire.
- Registered Nurse: WA DOH license.
- Bachelor's Of Nursing Preferred.
