Accounts Receivable Analyst

Manage the daily invoicing and collection activities for customer accounts. Perform month-end reconciliations, calculate KPIs, do period over period flux analysis and assist with process automation and execution of internal controls. This role will report to the AR Manager. You are a good fit if you have experience: Creating and posting invoices in Salesforce Billing Applying payments within Salesforce Billing and NetSuite Collecting invoices ranging in dollar value Troubleshooting and resolving payment issues with customers Working in ticketing systems (HappyFox, Zendesk, Asana) Invoicing against Purchase Orders in customer portals (Coupa, SAP Ariba, Taulia, Tipalti)
