Senior Software Engineer, TRM Canada

About the Role:

• Build full stack features for trader-facing web experience, account flows, payments, and internal tools.
• Own work end to end from design to production with a focus on reliability and scalable systems.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to shape scope and technical trade-offs.

Engineering Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and operate full stack features with reliable deployments and production support.
• Write technical designs and guide architecture decisions with your Engineering Manager and peers.
• Build automated testing, observability, and operational ownership into every delivery stage.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years building production-grade systems with user-facing APIs and full stack TypeScript/React.
• Strong distributed systems, database, and event-driven architecture experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a bias toward action with on-call participation.
