Role Overview:
- Act as the day-to-day coordination point for Project Argos delivery, managing scope, schedule, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Run a two-week Agile sprint cadence and maintain the RAID log and Jira backlog.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate stakeholder communications and prepare meeting agendas and minutes for government team engagements.
- Support change and scope management, monthly status reports, and ongoing knowledge transfer.
- Work daily with technical leads to keep sprint commitments realistic and traceable to contract tasks.
Qualifications:
- Requires 5+ years of software/IT project management experience, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile PM.
- 2+ years managing government contract delivery and strong federal technical writing skills required.
