About the Role:
- Lead and improve Seven Starling's medical program, overseeing a team of up to 40-60 contract and W2 PMHNPs.
- Provide up to 5 hours of direct patient care weekly while driving recruitment, training, and quality initiatives.
- Partner with the Chief Medical Officer and cross-functional teams to enhance patient and provider experiences.
What We Look For:
- Board-certified PMHNP with 2+ years of clinical management experience, ideally with remote teams.
- Expertise in women's mental health, including perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
- Proven ability to track KPIs, implement quality improvements, and develop provider teams.
