Job Description
Direct and lead all aspects of sales and marketing initiatives through business strategy and performance objectives to support achievement of business initiatives, ensure adherence to organizational governance and contribute to growth and profitability. Provide technical direction, leadership, and coaching to portfolio professionals to support the achievement of new business and retention sales objectives. Ensure compliance with regulations and manage information provision to customers and intermediaries. Oversee the maintenance and documentation of agent contracts and commission schedules ensuring compliance with licensing and training requirements. Partner with peers and key stakeholders in the development and marketing of new products.
Identify process and procedural improvements. Direct the development of agency compensation programs in conjunction with the business plan and agent partner strategies. Manage budgeted resources by anticipating expenditure, accurately forecasting resource needs/costs and properly accounting for expenses to meet requirements and achieve fiscal responsibility.
