Job Description

The Events Marketing Manager will develop and execute IRL field marketing events (flagship activations, trade shows, small-format dinners, and local pop-ups) that drive awareness and pipeline growth in the SMB restaurant segment. The Events Marketing Manager will partner closely with the sales team to design events that generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and deliver measurable ROI. Success in this role is identifying and executing innovative activation opportunities that differentiate Owner, elevate the brand experience, and authentically reflect our identity and values. The role also owns cross-functional collaboration, ensuring events reflect brand identity while supporting demand generation, partnerships, and community-building. The ideal candidate will design and implement comprehensive reporting that capture, analyze, and communicate the full impact of field marketing initiatives, tracking event performance, brand sentiment, attendee engagement, pipeline influence, revenue contribution, and ROI with clear visibility for leadership. Also, the ideal candidate will stay on top of industry trends and competitor activities, constantly innovating to keep the company’s events fresh, differentiated, and impactful.
