Job Description

As the Seasonal Jenni Kayne Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities include effective communication with customers through Gladly, across all channels (phone, live chat, SMS, and email) to determine their needs in accordance with CX policies and procedures. Handle all inquiries regarding orders, exchange requests, refunds, gift cards, promotion codes, and customer issues with accuracy. Maximize sales by clienteling, assisting customers in styling consultations, and providing empathetic and friendly customer service. Encourage customers to sign up for Jenni Kayne Rewards and engage on social media platforms. Must be willing to work during peak business periods –weekends, holidays, etc.
