Translate risks for executives, own advisory relationships, and mentor team members.

Qualifications:

Required: client-facing advisory experience, deep framework knowledge, and strong communication.
Preferred: senior certifications like CISSP or CISM, vCISO experience, and cloud security familiarity.

Expectations:

At 30 days: complete onboarding, shadow advisors, and meet assigned clients.
Within 90 days: independently own advisory relationships and deliver executive-ready artifacts.
By 180 days: carry a full portfolio, be recognized as a subject matter expert, and improve methodology.
