About the Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic accounts to achieve long-term success and drive adoption.
  • Develop deep understanding of NodeZero and become a trusted adviser on features and benefits.
  • Act as customer advocate, relaying feedback to internal teams to evolve the product.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years customer-facing experience in SaaS or cybersecurity (Customer Success, Account Management, etc.).
  • In-depth cybersecurity knowledge; certifications like CompTIA Security+ or CISSP preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Customer Success software.
