Senior Recruiter

Our recruiting function is growing and we’re seeking a Senior Recruiter with a passion for building high-performing teams and a strong track record of success in high-growth tech environments. In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of critical functions—including Engineering, People, Finance/Accounting, and Operations. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. You will manage full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, People, Finance/Accounting, and Operations teams: from intake to offer negotiation and close. You will proactively identify and engage top talent through Linkedin and other channels.
