Key Responsibilities:
- Implement benchmarks within our evaluation infrastructure.
- Develop our existing suite of benchmarks.
- Contribute to the development of brand new benchmarks.
What We Are Looking For:
- Solid engineering skills with professional experience.
- Candidates should be able to generate their own ideas.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary between $150,000 and $225,000 USD.
- Generous paid time off (PTO).
- Up to 6 months (combination of paid + unpaid) parental leave.
