Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post journal entries, including payroll, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and lease accounting entries.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end close, maintaining accurate and timely records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field with 1–3 years of experience.
- Working knowledge of GAAP and experience with Deltek Costpoint.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
