Servicing Transfer Coordinator - Remote

Manage small and mid-sized inbound and outbound servicing transfer projects. Act as primary point of contact for clients, new/current servicers, and other 3rd parties regarding servicing transfer projects. Maintain project plans, action items, and deliverables for clients, new/current servicer and LoanCare. Facilitate meetings with clients, new/current servicer and LoanCare, with responsibility for agenda, minutes, and action items. Identify and track issues and risks, escalating to management as needed with proposed remediation and potential impacts to timeline. Provide consistent status updates for all trial and final events. Coordinate data mapping sessions and testing efforts. Implement and manage change to standard LoanCare processes when necessary to meet project output requirements. Ensure that the project scope and timelines are completed as scheduled. All other duties as assigned.
