Valuations Analyst

Responsible for determining the pricing strategy to maximize ROI for all of the properties that we acquire and determining the turnaround times for dispositions. Partners with the Sales and Construction Departments regarding pricing decisions, budget and the scope of work for the overall construction strategy. Responsible for valuing properties across the entire US and ensuring the accuracy of all valuations, meeting the turnaround objectives for all valuations and ensuring that properties do not sit too long on the market. Handles multiple priorities and deadlines.
