Job Description
This role will lead the full lifecycle of multiple hybrid events; from concept and planning to execution and evaluation. Responsibilities include managing speaker relations, overseeing the Cvent Abstract Management System, developing RFPs, negotiating contracts with venues and hotels, and coordinating site visits. The Events Manager will also manage logistical elements, track budgets, collect and analyze post-event feedback, and research event industry trends to elevate AMS events. They will represent AMS with professionalism and empathy, contributing to its reputation for delivering exceptional, mission-driven events.
