Growth Marketing Specialist

As a Growth Marketing Specialist at Upsun, you play a key role in driving awareness, demand, and revenue growth through creative, data-driven digital marketing. You’ll help inspire developers and IT leaders to discover Upsun’s cloud application platform by designing and optimizing campaigns that convert curiosity into engagement, and engagement into measurable results. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Advocacy, and external partners to build and scale multi-channel campaigns. You combine analytical rigor with creative experimentation to uncover what drives performance, always aiming to improve conversions, efficiency, and ROI. This is a role for a curious, hands-on marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and analytics. You’ll test, learn, and adapt continuously, helping Upsun reach and resonate with a global audience of developers and technical decision-makers.
