About the Role:

  • This role sits at the intersection of mechanical design, hydraulic engineering, thermal infrastructure, and manufacturing.
  • You will own the mechanical distribution architecture connecting heat-rejection equipment, pumps, piping, manifolds, and rack cooling systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define primary, secondary, and rack-level cooling boundaries, plus pumping and flow-control strategies.
  • Perform hydraulic modeling and develop P&IDs, schematics, and equipment schedules.
  • Design for manufacturing, serviceability, and commissioning-first principles.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in mechanical cooling, hydraulic distribution, or mission-critical infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of pipe sizing, pump selection, and P&ID ownership.
  • Ability to collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, controls, and field teams.
