Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new product launches and provide client assistance.

Qualifications:
- Requires an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.
- Needs 8+ years of product management experience and knowledge of US or Canadian brokerage.
- Must have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Tools:
- Experience with TSO, Remedy, and Mainframe.
- Familiarity with TPA, Metis, and ITSM.
- Exposure to Settlement Processing GUI application systems.
