About the Role:
- Provide customers with education, guidance, and transparency around retirement product solutions such as rollovers, annuities, and life insurance.
- Handle routine inquiries while learning products and receiving direction from senior analysts.
- Identify multi-product needs and connect customers to specialists.
Responsibilities:
- Learn all products in assigned specialty area, including competitive offerings and regulations.
- Explain product options and make recommendations for routine inquiries.
- Work with relationship managers and fulfillment analysts to initiate product requests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
- FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 or Series 7 and 66 required.
- Life and Health licenses within 60 days of hire.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range $48,500 - $53,000 per year with potential total compensation up to $95,000.
