About the role:

  • This role owns Bitfocus's integrated marketing program from strategic campaign planning to paid media and external event strategy.
  • You will build and maintain the canonical content library that teams across the organization draw from.
  • You will report to the Operations and Communications Manager and partner across multiple teams.

What you'll do:

  • Facilitate the Functional Growth Committee to plan and execute the annual campaign roadmap.
  • Manage asset production, vendor management, and account-based competitive marketing programs.
  • Own paid media, marketing operations in HubSpot, and pipeline reporting with actionable findings.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of direct ownership of integrated campaigns, paid media programs, and pipeline metrics.
  • Hands-on HubSpot proficiency and a track record of producing long-form content.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, comfortable with ambiguity and judgment under pressure.
