About the Role:
- This is a dual-function role combining demand gen strategy and marketing operations.
- You'll own campaign execution, paid media, nurture tracks, and the HubSpot stack including attribution and reporting.
- You'll manage a small team and operate as a player-coach, setting direction and doing hands-on work.
What You'll Do:
- Execute integrated campaigns across new business and expansion, manage paid media, and build nurture tracks.
- Own HubSpot end-to-end, lead scoring, reporting, and closed-loop attribution across all channels.
- Partner with RevOps on system alignment and manage the marketing tech stack.
What You'll Bring:
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with demand gen and marketing ops experience.
- Deep HubSpot expertise, paid media management experience, and comfort in a player-coach role.
- Strong collaborator who thrives with creative direction from above and owns execution.
