Job Description

As a Marketing Operations Analyst, you will:

  • Build and maintain a robust marketing analytics infrastructure to facilitate data-driven decision-making across various marketing initiatives.
  • Own the reporting layer, connecting marketing activities to revenue outcomes using tools like Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Create actionable dashboards and reports that provide insights into campaign performance, channel effectiveness, and investment opportunities.
  • Partner with marketing leaders to translate their goals into measurable frameworks, establishing KPIs and tracking mechanisms.
  • Ensure data quality and governance across systems, auditing data flows and working with partners to improve data capture and integration.
