Manage the full financial operations of a multi-entity real estate investment portfolio requiring deep expertise in real estate accounting, entity-level financial reporting, and property management finance, all handled through Yardi Breeze and complementary financial systems. The role involves daily financial operations such as vendor management, payment processing, rent collection tracking, and utility payments. Accountabilities include preparing financial reports for each LLC, coordinating with lenders, managing property acquisitions, and performing reconciliation. Maintain up-to-date tenant ledgers, track rent payments, manage mortgage obligations, and ensure compliance. The candidate should have 3–5+ years of real estate accounting/finance experience with multi-entity portfolios and strong knowledge of Yardi Breeze.
