Workers’ Compensation Claim Adjuster – PEO & Staffing Accounts

Handle California jurisdiction claims supporting a mix of PEO, Staffing, and National Account business in this fully remote role, reporting to the Irvine, CA branch. Receive structured training, ongoing mentoring, and strong leadership support. Conduct basic workers’ compensation claim investigation and day-to-day adjusting responsibilities. Complete timely 3-point contact per CCMSI best practices. Evaluate, manage, and resolve claims consistent with corporate standards and CA WC laws. Maintain a current diary and meet all deadlines. Participate in client file reviews and provide status updates as needed. Effectively communicate with claimants, employers, providers, and attorneys. Document file activity thoroughly and accurately per best practice standards.
