Key Responsibilities:
- Drive engineering-routed escalations from reproduction through resolution, writing production code across C#/.NET back-end and React front-end.
- Lead complex investigations across distributed systems and incident response, including on-call rotation.
- Build and maintain internal admin tooling and observability to reduce manual intervention and improve diagnostic instrumentation.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of professional software engineering experience with C#/.NET and React.
- Strong debugging instincts in distributed systems and hands-on SQL skills.
- Excellent written communication and bias toward shipping fixes.
