Job Description
This role is responsible to design, develop, and implement solutions within the Salesforce Service Cloud platform to enhance customer service operations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into scalable technical solutions and support any relevant training activities. Responsibilities include designing and developing customized solutions on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform and implementing and managing Service Cloud features. Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party applications. Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, and data management.
