Crew Scheduler

Crew Schedulers are an essential part of the Crew Service Team, working both remotely and with Salt Lake City-based Team Members. The role involves scheduling Pilots and Flight Attendants in accordance with government and company regulations, airline schedule requirements, and flight qualifications. A successful Crew Scheduler ensures all crew members are legal, qualified, and available for assignments, using company-approved software and policies. Monitoring flight time, duty time, and rest requirements to ensure compliance with FARs and company policies is critical, as is coordinating with various teams to ensure legal flight assignments. The position requires flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime, overnights, weekends, and holidays as well as the ability to adapt to last-minute schedule changes. Strong analytical, reasoning, and time management skills are required to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.
