Job Description
Gusto's Design team empowers small businesses and their employees, and as a Staff UX Researcher, you'll lead research strategy across platform teams. This involves partnering with Design and Product to define direction and shape research roadmaps grounded in customer needs. You will influence product strategy and ensure cohesive experiences. You’ll also help scale research practices, address end-to-end customer journey needs, and make research actionable for teams, evaluating emerging methods and tools. Further, you will collaborate with Data Science, Marketing, CX, and Sales to uncover patterns in customer behaviors, attitudes, and opportunities.
