The Mission:
- Design and execute test strategies for Amazon Connect implementations including contact flows, IVR, and AI agents.
- Build and maintain manual and automated test suites using Playwright, Cypress, and Selenium.
Your Assignment:
- Validate legacy-to-Connect migrations and ensure production readiness through cutover validation and monitoring verification.
- Partner with engineers to shift quality left and run UAT sessions with customer stakeholders.
Your Qualifications:
- 8+ years of QA/test engineering experience with 3+ years in contact center or IVR testing.
- Proficiency with automated testing frameworks and serverless AWS architectures.
