Job Description
Lead and deliver complex software projects for financial technology products and services, ensuring successful implementation of digital payment systems, trading platforms, banking applications, and regulatory compliance solutions. Manage end-to-end software development lifecycle for fintech applications, from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance. Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, UX designers, and compliance specialists. Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocations while managing stakeholder expectations. Ensure adherence to financial regulations (PCI-DSS, SOC 1/2, GDPR, KYC/AML) and security standards. Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation, risk registers, and status reports. Bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders including executives, product owners, and external partners.
