Lead strategic client engagements by partnering directly with customers to develop bespoke solution concepts and guide onboarding.
Proactively identify and advocate for strategic partnerships with promising application teams to foster ecosystem growth.
Work with the Product team to relay feedback from projects and shape go-to-market strategy for new products.

What you'll need:

8+ years in technical roles with 4+ years leading high-performing teams, and experience with fintech companies.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, including rollups, smart contracts, and decentralized networks.
Experience writing Rust, Solidity, or Golang, and designing scalable systems.
