About the Role:
- Define and execute technical vision for fintech/blockchain product.
- Act as co-builder, coding, hiring, and making architectural bets.
- Work directly with CEO/founders to translate product vision.
Responsibilities:
- Own full technical architecture: infrastructure, backend, frontend, smart contracts, security.
- Hire, mentor, and retain a world-class engineering team.
- Oversee security, compliance, and regulatory readiness.
Requirements:
- 8+ years software engineering, 3+ years technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in fintech, blockchain, or security-first distributed systems.
- Track record of taking product from 0 to production.
