Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical bridge between customers and internal teams, guiding pre-sales and implementation.
- Design and implement solutions, optimize tools, and create playbooks to accelerate sales.
- Triage technical issues, guide SDK/API best practices, and travel occasionally for strategic engagements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with 2-5 years of experience in sales/solution engineering or similar.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects; technical knowledge of APIs and crypto.
- Familiarity with API management tools, SDKs, and AI.
