About the Role:
- This position sits at the intersection of engineering, customer delivery, and AI-driven product deployment.
- You will work directly with strategic financial services clients to design and implement agentic AI systems.
- The role blends deep technical problem-solving with customer-facing ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical discovery with customers to understand integration requirements and risk decisioning needs.
- Design, prototype, and deliver proof-of-concept implementations using agentic AI.
- Own end-to-end implementations from integration design to production go-live.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineer or Forward Deployed Engineer.
- Strong experience with APIs, SQL, cloud environments, and AI tools.
- Background working with financial services customers in fraud, credit, or compliance is preferred.
