Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; Master's preferred
10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise integration
5+ years designing and implementing AI, conversational AI, or automation solutions

Purpose:

Drive development of reusable Agentic AI capabilities and industry-specific accelerators
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Strategic Customers to convert emerging AI technologies into scalable solutions
Provide technical leadership and expertise across architecture, development, and delivery
