Role Overview:
- Work directly within business domains to find and implement AI automation opportunities.
- Report into central AI & Automation team and partner with domain leadership.
- Bring back reusable patterns to scale across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map workflows and identify step-change opportunities for AI, ML, or automation.
- Design future-state workflows with agents handling structured and unstructured data across systems.
- Build and connect agents using MCP servers, APIs, and automation pipelines within security guardrails.
What We're Looking For:
- Hands-on technical fluency with CLIs, APIs, SQL, Python, and LLM/agent behavior.
- Strong technical and process judgment, able to think in outcomes and KPIs.
- Nice to have: experience with enterprise agentic platforms, regulated environments, or product management.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range varies by location: $95,100–$145,300 USD.
- Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid family leave.
