ABOUT THE ROLE:
- You'd be our first dedicated Product Designer, a senior generalist owning the experience across our products.
- You'll set how Labrynth designs and builds, not inherit it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Drive the experience for a vertical or platform surface end to end, from discovery through build-ready prototype.
- Frame ambiguous experience problems across a vertical; decide what's worth solving.
- Build usable prototypes that de-risk the hardest flows before engineering invests.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Senior-level product design scope: you've owned significant surfaces end to end.
- You build: a track record of usable prototypes in code or AI tools, and specs engineers built from.
