ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Lead Product Designer I shaping next phase of design, combining project ownership, cross-functional influence, and early people management.
- Lead projects end to end, coordinate across squads, and partner with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Raise quality bar and help junior designers grow.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead design for initiatives end to end — research, UX, UI, prototyping, and handoff.
- Build interactive prototypes in Figma, Magic Patterns, or with Claude/Cursor to validate ideas.
- Coordinate design across squads, run design syncs, manage dependencies.
WHO YOU ARE:
- 5+ years in product design with increasing responsibility; led projects through full design cycles.
- Genuinely curious about complex financial topics; comfortable with interactive prototyping.
- Strong systems thinking, collaboration, and experience with design systems.
