Lead Analytics Engineer, Borrowing

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and scale data models to measure Borrowing product performance and support internal reporting.
• Develop data sets in BigQuery for machine learning, financial, and regulatory use cases.
• Shape and maintain best practices for the Data Warehouse, including metadata and testing standards.

Team and Impact:

• Work within the Borrowing Analytics Engineering team to enable financial goals through better borrowing products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including back-end engineers, product managers, and credit analysts.
• Drive prioritization of data governance issues to ensure data integrity and compliance across the domain.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong passion for data modeling, ETL projects, and working with Big Data from various service streams.
• Proficiency in SQL, data warehousing concepts, and building reliable data sets with high control requirements.
• Ability to think strategically about credit products and shape ambiguous data domains with key business leaders.
