Job Description
The Director of Real Estate Product Marketing will lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive product marketing strategies that support business goals and maximize product adoption and revenue. They will conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and the competitive landscape and use these insights to guide product positioning and messaging. The Director will develop strategies to engage customers, collect feedback, and incorporate insights into product and marketing plans. They will also define and refine product value propositions, messaging frameworks and differentiation strategies to ensure our courses stand out in the real estate learning marketplace. The role involves collaboration with product management, sales, brand marketing, and creative teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives. Finally, the role involves building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing product marketing team and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
