Mission:
- Lead financial and accounting operations, drive strategic planning, and build a scalable finance organization.
- Transform transactional accounting into a strategic growth engine with advanced data analytics and automation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee FP&A, budgeting, and variance reporting targeting a 10-day monthly close.
- Accelerate automation across NetSuite, Stripe, Brex, and Playbook OS.
- Manage accounting compliance, treasury, and exit/M&A readiness.
Qualifications:
- 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience with controllership and FP&A.
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CPA, CFA, or MBA strongly preferred.
- NetSuite, Stripe, Brex, and advanced SQL or BI dashboarding experience.
