Project Owner

Ruby Labs seeks a detail-oriented Project Owner to ensure flawless execution of product initiatives. You'll be responsible for transforming strategic directives from the Head of Product into executable tasks, managing the development process, and guaranteeing exceptional implementation quality. This role offers significant impact through execution excellence: driving development teams to deliver high-quality features on time, maintaining meticulous attention to detail, and serving as the final quality gatekeeper before production release. Key responsibilities include transforming product requirements into actionable tasks, maintaining the development backlog, driving teams to meet deadlines without compromising quality, performing thorough QA, and identifying/resolving bottlenecks. The role also involves coordinating cross-functional resources, documenting requirements, managing feature launches, and providing status updates.
