Global Client Environments Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple concurrent client onboarding and technical integration projects.
• Lead and execute setup of secure remote connectivity for enterprise ERP systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during onboarding.
• Plan, track, and document project activities using enterprise tools.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with enterprise ERP systems.
• Strong background in technical project management.
• Hands-on experience with system configuration in Windows/UNIX environments.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and strong English.
