Responsibilities and Engagement:

  • Lead utility, beneficiary, and partner engagement to advance forest and nature-based solutions projects in the Upper Colorado River Basin.
  • Oversee business case development, support structuring funding agreements, and develop strategies to scale pilot projects.
  • Write memos and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.

Program and Fund Management:

  • Manage the project portfolio with Blue Forest and other partners, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adaptive management.
  • Track progress, co-lead reporting, and support the Director with proposal development and fundraising strategy implementation.
  • Develop funding memoranda, pitch materials, and financial narratives for investors and funders.

Communications and Representation:

  • Produce external-facing materials such as project decks and portfolio summaries for fundraising and outreach.
  • Represent WRI in meetings, workshops, and external convenings to promote basin management and conservation finance.
  • Contribute to WRI outputs including briefs, blogs, tools, and presentations on resilience investment models.
