What you'll do:
- Lead forecasting and scenario modeling for advertiser delivery, reach, and performance.
- Translate advertiser questions into models of supply, demand, and investment tradeoffs.
- Own production delivery, evaluation standards, and technical direction across the team.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience shipping predictive ML systems in advertising, marketplaces, or related domains.
- Strong foundations in statistical learning, probability, and optimization.
- Strong software engineering skills and experience building production ML systems.
