Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end development of the FinApp product area, including internal financial operations, accounting workflows, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Translate domain-level strategy into a 1-2 quarter roadmap for your squad, lead structured product discovery, and guide engineers and designers through delivery.
• Define success metrics, run A/B tests, analyze results with SQL/BI tools, and turn insights into iterative product improvements.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager in B2B or internal enterprise products.
• Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting principles, reconciliation processes, and financial controls.
• Proven track record of taking features from problem statement through discovery, delivery, launch, and post-launch optimization.
