Responsibilities:
- Lead and evolve Behavioural Safety and Safety Culture programmes globally.
- Partner with site and regional leaders to embed human performance principles in day-to-day operations.
- Provide full-spectrum EHS leadership for the Finishing manufacturing network and manage governance for all EHS activities.
Qualifications:
- Degree in EHS, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience rolling out Behavioural Safety and Safety Culture initiatives.
- Familiarity with Process Safety; bonus for experience with OSHA PSM.
